Since April 2013 I am a member of the Romanian Jockey Club, founded in 1875. Member of the Committee of the Circle (2019-2022).
Since June 2002 I am a member of the Romanian Institute of Genealogy and Heraldry “Sever Zotta” in Iaşi, affiliated to the International Confederation of Genealogy and Heraldry. Since May 2018 I am a member of the Scientific Council of the Institute.
On the 10th of May 2008, His Majesty King Michael I of Romania handed me personally the Medal King Michael I for Loyalty, at Elisabeta Palace in Bucharest.
On the 21st of June 2019, His Beatitude Daniel, Patriarch of the Romanian Orthodox Church, handed me personally the Medal The Commemorative Year of the Makers of the Great Union 1918-2018, at the Patriarchal Palace in Bucharest.

Since June 2021 I am a Fellow of the Royal Numismatic Society, UK.
Since August 2022 I am member of the International Commission for Historical Demography (ICHD), an international organisation member of the International Committee of Historical Sciences (ICHS), established in 1926.
Since December 2018 I am a member of the Writers’ Union of Romania.
