In 2013, The National Archives of Romania organized an exhibition dedicated to the members of the Romanian Royal Family. Today, photos and unpublished documents bring us closer to the royal children.
Photography played an important role in the life of the Royal Family. Events and milestones were immortalized either through official photos or by the family members themselves, who were passionate photographers.
Today, when we look at the faces of the royal children, we have a better understanding of an often neglected history and we discover a past which is closer than we think.

“Copilarie Regala” received the “Constantin C. Giurescu” Award from the “Magazin Istoric” Cultural Foundation in a ceremony organized by the National Bank of Romania on April 16th, 2015.
